Day 1:
Georgetown City Tour
Morning
city tour of Georgetown, including St Georges Cathedral-the tallest
freestanding wooden building in the world- picturesque City hall, the
Victorian Law courts and many heritage sites, the national museum,
botanical gardens and zoo. Return to hotel. Return to your hotel. (B)
Day 2: Kaieteur
Falls
Morning flight to Kaieteur Falls. See the majestic 740 ft natural
wonder from different vantage
points. Spend 2 hours at the falls.Your experience is unforgettable as
you gaze at this Magnificent splendour. Stunning views from different
vantage points leave you in awe. The area is rich in rare species of
birds, such as the Cock-of- the rock. Then fly over vast rainforest to
rolling savannahs where you'll enjoy the relaxing nature of the jasper
lined Orinduik falls. The falls is a natural Jacuzzi and ideal for
swimming. Return to Georgetown. Transfer to your hotel. BLD
Day
3: Georgetown city tour:- 9:00 am departure for our tour of historical Georgetown. Most of the
buildings in the city are wooden with unique architecture dating back
to the 18th and 19th centuries. The main street in Georgetown provides
several excellent examples of old colonial homes, a prime example of
which is the State House, built in 1852.
The most famous building
must be St. George�s Cathedral which is one of the world�s tallest
freestanding wooden buildings completed in 1892.
Other historic buildings along this promenade are the Town Hall, a
splendid example of Gothic architecture, and further along are the
Victoria Law Courts and St. Andrews Kirk. St. Andrew�s is the oldest
surviving church in Guyana .Visit the Botanical Gardens and zoo, the
seven ponds, canals, the kissing bridge and the bandstand.
Day
4: Paramaribo, Suriname:- Transfer to airport for flight to Suriname. 8:00 am departure and
arrive at 10:30 am. Pick up and transfer to hotel Eco Resort Inn for
check in. Transfer for Paramaribo city tour including , old Dutch
Forts, tree-lined avenues with seventeenth-century Dutch wooden
structures alternated with modern hotels and office buildings. In a
unique blend of architecture, cultures and religion, Paramaribo is one
of the few places in the world where Muslim mosques, Hindu temples,
Jewish synagogues and Christian churches coexist peacefully side by
side.
Day 5: New Amsterdam: -
Morning visit to New Amsterdam, the historical fort along the Suriname
river. Afternoon departure for Brazil. Late arrival Manaus
and
transfer to Hotel Brazil for 3 nights.
Day
6: Manaus city tour:- Visits to the famous Opera House
and historic Manaus
including the Indian Museum and Zoo. A chance to see the rich
architecture and mingle with the friendly people.
Day
7:
Meeting of the Waters tour:- Visit to the "Meeting of Waters"
where the Black waters {Rio Negro} and the muddy waters {Solimoes} run
side by side for over 3 Km before mixing to form the great Amazon
river. An Experience you'll never forget. Overnight at hotel.
Day
8: Rupununi Savannahs, Guyana:- Early flight
to Boa Vista, then flight to Rock View Lodge. Overnight.
Day
9: Iwokrama Rainforest Reserve:- Pick up from
Annai and transfer to Iwokrama. Along
the way, visit the Canopy Walkway.
Continue journey to Field Station. Lunch. In the cool of the afternoon,
explore the Screaming Piha Trail accompanied by an Iwokrama Ranger.
After dinner, caiman spotting. (Meals and accommodation at the Field
Station) Return to the field station for
overnight.

10 Georgetown/Sloth Island:- B,L,DEarly boat ride around Indian House
Island
and Amerindian village of Fair View..Fly to Georgetown and transfer to the
your hotel.

11 Sloth Island and Mazaruni River Safari:-
This morning you will depart Sloth Island for your tour of the
Mazaruni river, inlcuding sightseeing at kyk-overal, the Old Dutch
Fort, MAzaruni Prisons, Baracara Falls and an exciting ride along the
rapids of Marshall Falls. Return to Sloth Island and enjoy a tour of
teh nature trails whee you may encounter many species of birds and othe
rwildlife. Overnigth at Sloth Island. B,L,D.
Day
12 Depart Guyana:- Transfer to the Cheddi Jagan
International airport for your return flight home. US$300 off per couple!
